Our thanks to Ron Lanham on the sales team for his conscientious efforts, going beyond the call of duty with the installation of a cat-flap which he purchased and painted to match the door colour. Thanks also to Ger and the fitters for their quality installation and putting the needs of the client first. They were on time and completed the work with a minimum of fuss and mess, which is difficult when removing wooden framed windows and surrounds and then re-plastering where required. Finally, we are also delighted with the quality of the product and the wood effect finish in black, which has drawn many admiring comments. We bought our first product, a conservatory from Campbell’s and could not have been happier with the workmanship, the finish and especially the tidiness and care taken of where sand was tipped, or cement mixed. We were so impressed with the total sales and construction package that when we decided to replace all our windows, we opted for Christy’s crew, even though they were not the lowest quote. We were not disappointed. Two bathrooms, the kitchen and the utility rooms had walls tiled. We could not get an exact match, but need not have worried. The work was completed on schedule and not a single tile was damaged. That was worth more than the difference in quotes. Super workmanship, and the best is that as a consumer, what your get with Christy Campbell and his team is a co-ordinated single operation. From sales to installation crew, none of the sub-contracted work that can lead to headaches. Would I recommend Campbell’s to my friends?
