Do I have to pay for a site visit?
We provide a comprehensive advise service to all our customers. This service is offered free of charge and our Sales staff will be happy to answer any of your queries in more detail.
Do I need planning permission?
We can fully advise you on all planning regulations.
Can you advise on design and location of conservatory?
We will advise you on the design and position of your conservatory and provide you with a complete set of working drawings.
Do you carry out all necessary building work?
We will ensure that all work from foundation to completion is carried out in a totally professional manner in compliance with all necessary building regulations and standards.
Will I be able to use my conservatory in the winter?
We will ensure that your conservatory can be used all year round through correct installation of heating/ventilation. Alternatively an air conditioning unit can be fitted ensuring warmth in winter and cool in summer.
I own a bungalow, the roof pitch is very low - can you construct a conservatory to suit?
If you are the owner of a bungalow, we will advise how to fit an appropriate style of conservatory to your home.
Do you manufacture your own conservatories?
All our conservatories are manufactured in our factory on the Kileely Road in Limerick. We have a large range of styles and designs and can make your conservatory to measure.
Do you do all the work yourselves?
Yes, from start to finish this includes the base walls electrics and plumbing.
The space we have available is in an awkward position?
There 's always a solution and our design team can come up with a suitable design having inspected the site.
How can I maintain my privacy?
The use of obscure glass, solid panels and walls can ensure your privacy.
What size conservatory should I consider?
As this is going to be the most popular room in the house we would recommend the biggest you can afford for the space allowed. The most popular size is 12' x 12' (3600 x 3600) but we can manufacture much smaller or larger.
Which aspect is the most suitable?
A south facing conservatory is the warmest. A north facing conservatory is the most sheltered. A west facing is sunny in the evening and an east facing is sunny in the morning. South and west will require plenty of ventilation and a north facing will require more heating.
What type of glazing do you use?

How do I clean my conservatory?
Dirty surfaces should be wiped off with a damp cloth using washing up liquid. An annual clean with a good quality PVC cleaner to clean off any algae should keep it looking like new.
Do you operate stage payments?
No. On placing your order a deposit of one third is required. The balance then is due on completion and only when you are completely satisfied.
